In Doing Research . . .

. . . for an upcoming paper, I came across a quote from former Senator Phil Gram (R-TX) that reminded me of a good friend, DMP. During his short-lived Presidential bid in '96, he stated, "I believe that gun ownership by law-abiding citizens deters crime. I am a gun owner and I’m a shooter and I'm a hunter. I own more shotguns than I need, but not as many as I want."

I won't mention the organization his comments were directed towards, but I'll give you a hint. Their name rhymes with En Are Hey.
